What I love about being the Program Director: Being at the helm of our Pediatric Residency Program is one of the most fulfilling roles of my career. Each day, I am inspired by our residents' passion, dedication, and growth. Guiding them through their journey, I’m continually amazed by their resilience and commitment to becoming exceptional pediatricians. This program isn’t just about imparting knowledge; it’s about nurturing each resident's unique potential and fostering a supportive, dynamic learning environment. I feel incredibly fortunate to work with such outstanding individuals and to contribute to a residency program that truly prioritizes their development and success.
